Choose how much of the venue workload you want CRUE to handle.
CRUE helps venues manage inquiries, tours, booking follow-up, planning, vendor communication, event-day support, and post-event follow-up. You choose the package based on where you want our responsibility to begin and end.
Every inquiry deserves a clear path forward.
Beautiful spaces still lose business in ordinary ways.
The lead arrived. The couple was interested. The company needed a holiday party. The planner asked for options. Then the day got busy, the follow-up softened, and a real opportunity became another open tab.
The first answer comes too late.
Inquiries land in different inboxes, directories, forms, and phones—often while the team is already supporting today’s event.
Warm leads receive one polite email.
Tours, proposals, and group conversations need thoughtful follow-up—not pressure, but a consistent next step.
The booking creates a second round of work.
Details are re-entered, questions are repeated, and the sales promise can become disconnected from event-day execution.
Add structured venue support without hiring another full-time employee.
A full-time employee at $15 per hour costs approximately $31,200 per year in wages alone—before payroll taxes, benefits, recruiting, training, software, management time, and turnover.
Lead to Tour costs $11,940 per year. One full-time employee at $15 per hour costs $31,200 per year in wages alone. CRUE gives the venue a defined support system without adding another employee to recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and cover.
Wages only. The true employment cost is higher once payroll burden and operating overhead are included.
Inquiry coordination, warm follow-up, tour support, group-sales workflow, pipeline visibility, and cleaner sales-to-operations handoffs.
One support layer across leads, bookings, planning, vendors, and event-day questions.
CRUE can support one part of the guest journey or remain involved from the first inquiry through event completion. Your team keeps control over pricing, contracts, approvals, and venue decisions while CRUE handles the communication, coordination, reminders, routing, and follow-through included in your selected package.

We understand the business behind the beautiful photos.
A venue is never just a room. It is tours, calendars, client expectations, room turns, vendor questions, staffing realities, deposits, deadlines, and dozens of small promises that have to line up.
Wedding venues
Improve inquiry response, tour scheduling, post-tour follow-up, proposal activity, and booking visibility.
Event venues
Build a more consistent pipeline for private events, corporate programs, celebrations, and recurring community activity.
Hotels + resorts
Create a clearer path across meetings, weddings, catering, room blocks, dining, golf, and group opportunities.
Multi-property groups
Standardize the sales rhythm, handoffs, and management visibility across several venues or operating teams.
We start with the real workflow—not a generic software pitch.
CRUE reviews what currently happens from inquiry through booking and execution, then identifies the smallest changes capable of creating the most useful lift.
Review the path
We map where inquiries arrive, who owns them, how they move, and where they tend to stall.
Find the leakage
We identify missed follow-up, duplicated work, unclear ownership, and disconnected handoffs.
Build the rhythm
CRUE creates the communication, workflow, automation, and human approval points around your existing team.
Improve over time
Once the process is visible, the team can refine response, conversion, utilization, and operating capacity.
“You should not have to choose between running today’s event and following up on tomorrow’s.”
CRUE helps carry the repetitive work between inquiry, tour, proposal, booking, and handoff—giving owners and managers more time to lead the property, support the team, and protect the guest experience.
Tell us which package fits your venue.
Choose Lead to Tour, Lead to Booking, Lead to Day Of, or Always-On Support. We will confirm the expected volume, exact responsibilities, implementation needs, and monthly price before any agreement is signed.
Start the conversation without adding another task to your list.
Both options take you to the CRUE contact page. Mention what currently happens between a new inquiry and a scheduled tour.
The Lead to Tour package has no onboarding fee. Higher-support packages may qualify for reduced or waived implementation based on contract length and prepaid commitment.
What working with CRUE can look like.
Does CRUE replace our salesperson?
Usually, no. CRUE can strengthen an existing sales team, support an owner-led process, or provide added coordination where follow-up and group opportunities are not receiving enough consistent attention.
Will communication feel automated?
It should not. CRUE uses systems and automation to support timing, organization, and consistency while protecting the personal tone and judgment hospitality relationships still require.
Do we need to replace our current software?
Not necessarily. The first goal is to improve the workflow around the systems your team already uses. A platform change is recommended only when the current setup materially limits the process.
Can CRUE help us pursue group and corporate business?
Yes. Depending on the venue, the work can include group inquiry routing, follow-up systems, account development, local partnerships, recurring event opportunities, and clearer pipeline visibility.
Is there an onboarding fee?
The Lead to Tour package does not include an onboarding fee. Higher-support packages require more implementation, workflow mapping, training, and system setup, but those fees may be reduced or waived with a qualifying six- or twelve-month agreement.
What happens during the Venue Revenue Review?
We examine inquiry sources, response timing, qualification, tours, proposals, follow-up, group opportunities, reporting, and the handoff from a confirmed booking into event operations.
